Cancellation Policy for 1Stayy
At 1Stayy, we understand that travel plans may change. This Cancellation Policy explains the terms and conditions for cancelling villa bookings made through our platform. By confirming a booking on https://1stayy.in/, you agree to the following cancellation terms.
1. Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after the required advance payment or full payment has been successfully completed. Once confirmed, the booking will be reserved for the selected dates.
2. Cancellation by Guest
Cancellation 7 Days Before Check-in
If a cancellation request is made 7 days or more before the check-in date, guests may be eligible for a partial refund or rescheduling, depending on the villa owner’s policy.
Cancellation Within 7 Days of Check-in
If a cancellation is made within 7 days of the check-in date, the booking amount may be non-refundable.
Same Day or Last-Minute Cancellation
For cancellations made on the day of check-in or no-shows, the booking amount will be fully non-refundable.
3. Rescheduling of Booking
Guests may request to reschedule their booking subject to availability of the villa. Approval of rescheduling depends on the villa owner or property manager and may involve additional charges.
4. Cancellation by Property Owner
In rare cases where the villa owner or property manager must cancel a confirmed booking due to unavoidable circumstances, guests will be offered:

A full refund, or

An alternative villa or rescheduled booking, if available.
5. Refund Processing
If a refund is applicable, it will typically be processed within 5–10 business days through the original payment method or an agreed payment mode.
6. Service Fees
Any platform service fees, convenience fees, or payment gateway charges may be non-refundable.
7. Force Majeure
1Stayy shall not be held responsible for cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
